There might currently be an issue with custom maps as a lot of players (including myself) cannot see any of the maps we have subscribed to in the Workshop. The only map I can partially see in the custom list (only visible after browse custom maps through the Remaster) is the one I downloaded through the game and not the workshop.

They are, subscribe to them via the green PLUS signal on the right and they will appear in your NEW MISSIONS MENU, custom maps TAB/section.
