I love that map, possibly my favourite of the series.

WMD can be a little touchy with workshop content. Make sure every time you go to load your custom maps to click the button to check for workshop content if you have recently subscribed to anything. That button should be in the same menu where you load maps IIRC. I have to do so every time I download a new map, which is kinda annoying. Hope that helps!
