Nick Valentine is a possible companion character from the Bethesda Game "Fallout 4".
Garry's mod is a Sandbox game that allows players to use ported models from Steam released games and pose them any way they like in any background they like, compatibility and availability permitting, there wasn't a model of Nick Valentine that would work in Garry's mod, so I had one made and I uploaded it here, which is what you see before you.
Best way I can explain it.
Well, you can request it, but I didn't actually put this model together, Dracagon and Juggernaut did that (their profiles are in the description), and even then the model was already on SFM, but you're welcome to approach one or both of these guys and other talented model porters who are around. However, you'll have to be willing to pay (I sure did, this actually cost quite a bit, but it was worth it).
Now If you have that hard a time to do it, I can always try.
"I know the plastic and wires ain't comforting, but now isn't the time for that"
..I can see where you get that from (Probably the hat and the hand), but newp, this is pretty much a straight port from the game, so...any resemblance to Freddy Krueger or any other serial killer dream-ghost is strictly coincidental.
Eh, well, The Minutemen are more Civil War Era (I think, will have to do research on that), but you're still welcome to put that up in the Artwork Discussion thread(saw that you put that other pic up there, looks good)
I'm also really glad the ragdoll's working (again, if you had the issue, other people probably would too, so it was probably best to get it fixed)
As for your picture, I went and added a discussion for artwork, you can post it there if you like.
Yeah, Paypal's terms of service clearly state that you have to be 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to have a Paypal account(And your parents aren't allowed to sign you up either). So that's out of the question.
Anyway, all that aside, that picture of yours looks very good, It's a shame there's no Railroad or Minutemen models out there, or the picture would have a lot more context (If it were to be used as a preview picture [which I don't think I can do, due to copyright (after all, it's YOUR picture, not mine)]
Let me see if I can add a gallery or something.

I didn't actually do this, Juggernaut did, but it was a paid job, and it wasn't cheap ._.;; (which makes sense, it takes work and processing power to do that)
Depends on what kind of picture you make.
At any rate, the rig did have some fixes done to it and I (hopefully) implemented them into the workshop addon (I'm new to this)
well, if the rig's gonna screw up for you, it might screw up for other people too, so might as well try to do something to get it fixed, I just hope that it doesn't stay screwed up after the the guy fixes it >_>;;
Well, someone I worked with in the past offered to try and fix the issues, I linked him to this discussion thread, sorry it won't be before school starts for you though =/
- I can't move the knee area back and forth, like almost all other ragdolls I use
trying to pose the ragdoll itself is a nightmare
- it's not very flexy, and it won't bend because if one part of the ragdoll is froze the whole ragdoll starts flying around, which doesn't allow me to pose any of it
- it doesn't have very good flexing abilities in general, nowhere near like the type of flexibility I'd find on a model like by comradivan.
No hitboxes in chest-neck area
- can't access the area around the chest/neck part, might be an issue with the hitbox, since the physgun beam goes straight through the model but can access areas around the neck/chest.
ragdoll has seizure whenever I try to move it (once I unfreeze it)
- once I unfreeze the ragdoll, and pose one part of it, the rest of the ragdoll will start flying around in every direction, like clipping through itself
and yeah, there is a "Trial and error" element to using Ragdoll mover, I find myself having trouble selecting the Pelvis bone (Like the front for example) but then I move to a different side(Like the back or the side) of the ragdoll and then it works just fine, and yeah, there are time where I would try to select the hand bone, but it would select the thigh instead, that's usually when I do use the physgun and see if the bone moved outside the geometry somehow, hitting the bone with the physgun[which I know isn't ideal because the rig is invisible] cause the geometry to snap back in place, making you able to select it with the Ragdoll mover.
It sounds like it might be your first time (or in your early stages) of using Ragdoll mover
Mm, I think I see (though I find that video's always helpful to show someone model issues [Hotkey F8 in Gmod if memory serves]),
Yeah, the model really was designed with Ragdoll mover or Physgun in mind as opposed to Advanced bone tool, and yes, hitting a model with Physgun after using Ragdoll mover can screw things up (It's happened to me, and not just with this ragdoll, so I always figured it was a Gmod thing).
It does kind of look like it's an issue on your end, but it doesn't mean I won't try to help you get to the bottom of it, if you want to talk directly with me, we can add each other on steam and talk there, maybe even try screen sharing or broadcast (Not sure how much my potato of a rig can handle that, but I'm willing to try)
As for the hitboxes, I didn't actually do this model, someone else did, but I can tell them what you told me about that if you like.
I know there's some out there who don't like it as much because it's different from the previous Fallouts, but I love that game too
Heh, good one, enjoy hehe
