I did, yes! Multiple times. Do you think it's possible that because I was playing a scenario that wasn't built with the mod, it's impacting it? Maybe I'll open a new game, cheat a bunch of money, and just see how far out I can build!

Hi! What's the new limit? It tells me I'm at 108% and doesn't say that I'm at my max land purchase, but when I click it, nothing happens. Is there a setting somewhere that I can't find? Thanks!

It's working great, but be careful - don't build too much foundation - foundation + PAX is gonna shred your CPU. You can build huge airports, but be very ergonomic with foundation! :)
The mod works great, and you can add it any time, and remove it any time, and it's very natural, it's like an official option in a game! Amazing job!
