This mod will change the ballast colour on ALL of the track.

the mod hasn't been fixed and i believe it will never get fixed

Rob has recently added new mods which will cover quite a few of the trains in this pack and also the track. I would advise using that instead via the collection that he has.

whenever i try to load a map with this mod new or otherwise it crashes to desktop sadly was a good mod would love a fix

The vehicles in the mod don't appear in the train depot (I'm talking about the depot that you put in the mod), I've tried everything, but they don't come out, any solution?

@jordanamooney - I systematically went though and changed the dates of all the locomotives to match the dates found on the Talyllyn Railway website, then set all the rolling stock to unlock when the first locomotive did.

Took a little while but completely worth it. Why some of the wagons are set to unlock in 2000 I don't know.

Very odd choice that the rolling stock doesn't unlock with the locomotives. So much potential here, but in need a lot of changes.

Good mod but it crashes the game due to it not being compatable with the advanced cameras mod please fix this

This is not good for a transport game as the stations are in the middle of nowhere and the roads go to nowhere and there is no slate cargo for the local slate industry. Loco cab view is an upside-down mess and the ballast brush colour is now dirty brown !

it really is a shame to see this mod sitting here with so much potential but the author just letting it fester with so many issues. Car capacities are too low (cargo cars can only carry one piece of cargo???) and some things are inexplicably not even available, apparently until like 2000. This makes this mod a MASSIVE miss for me as I wanted to use it as a balance between low cost of trucks and high carry capacity of standard gauge trains, and it will not stay loaded in my save game for now, no matter how awesome the mod *could* be :(

@dylambert The rolling stock doesn't all show up until the year 2001 I believe.

Anyone have an issue with some rolling stock not showing up in the depot menu?

That NEP mod not only fixes the problem, but it's also totally transformed the game for the better! It looks so much more realistic now, plus for some reason performs a lot better on my PC!

@CatKingYASSSS get the invisible freight car mod and have it second to last in the consist.

A really nice mod, and well put together. I like how I can mix narrow and standard gauge locos on the same map.

The only problem is, the ballast on my standard gauge track turns an immersion-destroying brown colour when I have this mod activated. It's a shame, as I love playing with this, but it's a deal-breaker for me until I can work out how to fix it.

i really like this and how it added some variety to part of my main rail network but i wish that the rolling stock could carry more like even it it was just 3 would be an improvement over the 1 they can carry plus for the size of the rolling stock it looks like it would make sense, the dame for the coaches a coach that has 8 seats can only carry 2 people or the larger 12 seater carriage only carrying 3

@frostbite123x remember inflation its entirely likely that if money was worth what it is today that those locomotives (which were handbuilt if memory serves) would be that expensive

Martin Fuller, in 'Talyllyn & Corris Steam Locomotives' estimates that the Talyllyn locos cost around £500. That is 1850's prices.

I love this mod, but could you make the locomotives cheaper, i dont know how much these locomotives were to build in real life, but i feel like they it was much less than what they are currently in this mod. other than that i hope to see you do more narrow gauge mod pack for other railways, such as the white pass and yukon railroad in alaska where im from. keep it up

Any chance you could maybe upgrade this to include it's fictional counterpart, the Skarloey Railway? I don't know much about modding, but it shouldn't be that hard, considering you'd essentially be duplicating the mod, just with different liveries, etc. Oh, and the faces!

Can't believe I missed this; no chances of doing more Welsh narrow gauge, i.e. Vale of Rheidol (last steam train run by British Rail up until privatization)?

p.s. Actually, I might have that mixed up with tracks in modular stations.

@Spooky ACanadianRailfan The game just automatically gives caternary to all track types, even ones that are no longer available by the time electric locos unlock.
