This is a must have. If there is anything I hated more than anything in WOTC, it was the constant rushing.

this should have been included in Long War based on the content this was under. Enemy progression slower.

should have been included in the base game just saying...the rate of which the avatar progress occurs is insane especially if you skip a couple of core missions prepping for what's to come next.

Has anyone tested this mod with Covert Infiltration? I'm curious as to how the two interact.

I was a little slow with my regions, and think I rolled facilities faster, so I got kinda flooded before I was ready for the story blacksite. Covert ops weren't being my friend. Had to scramble for a lead and fight a berserker queen. It was really fun!

I was afraid it would make it a non issue early but it nearly got me at least once.

Great mod thank you. I am using this mod for the opposite purpose that you intended. I'm nerfing the rate at which facilities spawn lategame because I just find them annoying to deal with, whether soloing with a Reaper or doing them the normal way (of course soloing with Reaper saves much more time). The only time a facility is interesting is if one of the alien rulers appears.

Yes, if you open the mod's INI file, look for (I don't remember) something like "MonthlyBuildRate" or "FacilityBuildDays" change the minimum and maximum days to whatever you like.

I haven't tested it mid-campaign but I do not think it will cause any problems based on my understanding of how the game's systems work.

Such a great idea. I always tend to let the Avatar progress build up to within one or two blocks of completing in the early game because I'm desperately trying to level up soldiers to do the black site mission, then, as you say, it drops pretty quickly and never really becomes a threat again. A slower ramp-up, but higher maximum frequency, sounds great. Presumably this shouldn't cause problems if enabled mid-campaign? (I'm actually right at that point of about to undertake the black site mission.)

Sorry but I will not be making any mods for non-WOTC. If you don't have WOTC, you should get it. Seriously. It's worth every penny. And it goes on sale all the time, so you could just put it on your wishlist and get it for a discount later.
