Oh, I fixed it by setting the textures to high.

The textures are really messed up for me. I recently reinstalled the game and redownloaded the mod still nothing changed.

What if you change the game settings? I have shader effect, model, settings at medium, high, high.

In order for the skin to work like normal, i usually reinstall the game last time. Delete the whole L4D2 and redownload them.
+ Works on the first game ( After reinstalling )
2nd game onwards doesnt show the whole color.
Example :
Spitter is green it will have square (spots) black and green
Charger is purple becomes square (spots) black and purple
