Report a translation problem
Sorry about the delay, had a busy weekend. You may already know by now, but wanted to make sure you had the info. The other MOD already ups the ethics and civics to 5-3 so you should be able to just run that one without mine and get what you are looking for.
Just be sure to disable mine or they will crash or bug each other out.

I do like the idea of it being more compatible. So I will see what I can do, let me know and I can look into it and see if it is possible.

Once in game a slightly more serious problem shows up, all ethics for pops are duplicated, if I go into my faction screen at the top, I will have two xenophile attraction modifiers listed, two militarist, two materialist, etc. Only one of each type of ethic will actually have an attraction modifier, the duplicate will always be zero, however even with a zero attraction value these duplicate ethics will gradually accumulate followers.
