I suspect this might've been because I copied the .mod file from another mod that I've uploaded without removing the remote file ID line.

It seems that the descriptor for this mod, "Fallen Empire Attitude Fix", id:2103173637 on the store, is pointing to "Better War Exhaustion", id:2015329648.

The "remote_file_id" in the zip file seems to point to the wrong mod. It's causing weird shenanigans with the workshop and the launcher.
