i'm having a slight issue that the ET asset disappears if you zoom close. possibly there is some bounding box you can set so the game doesn't think it's outside the field of view?

Finally added one of these to my map (in 1903). Just completely in awe. Seeing it from a train is mind-blowing. Most impressive thing on the map, and probably in all of TpF2!

It's really a very beautifull bridge, but it would indeed be nice if there is an attachable part for the piece that runs from the floor to the bridge, as this is quite high to build. I think in real life the bridge spans between to higher grounds...

The outside site is fine

Shame it needs item from outside, lots of folk wont go to an external site, move them here

The steel arch bridge mod comes up as a small "invalid object" cube - as best I can tell some of the bridge pieces in your mod are missing now?

Fantastic bridge! Ever since the latest update it seems the steel arch bridge this depends upon no longer works - this has affected this bridge too. Does anyone have any suggestions?

actually one of the game bridges look like it, I know that the the rail bridge only take 2 tracks but would it be possible to increase it. also for the new forth bridge there is a chines mod that had a similar bridge you could use that

@Enzojz yes I've heard about that, I haven't had chance to look into it properly (I have a sneaky suspicion that this mod, along with others, may have been the motive for them adding the functionality into the game!)

it onley crahses the game when u dont have the mods installed he linked in the desc and it is 2 low for a decent train 2 drive on there

4/6 tracks isn't happening for the forseeable future. That's a lot of model changes, also the bridge itself simply wasn't designed for it and it'd look pretty horrific lol
As far as I am aware, you can upgrade the tracks to high speed using the track upgrade menu.

Amazing. But can you add fictional variants like high speed tracks and possibly 4/6 tracks?

Dear author, now with this steel bridge of mr. "Das Matze" (to load before your Forth Bridge in the scenery) it is possible to assemble the bridge (it is fantastic!!) but still is absent the section "ET" (I think that is the one with a little stone arc above the tracks, seeing the photo of the real bridge). @patoninthedesert Windows 10 provides functionality to open zip files by default, if you have 7zip, then it makes it appear as though they are "7zip" files, when in fact its just because 7zip overrides the file extension association.

You might also want to tell people that the files are 7 zip there computer might not recognize and unzip it my mach put it in note pad. Then you still need to unzip using 7zip.

Just dropped it all into the 'Firth of Forth' map by Luna... it's gorgeous and it works. The end towers where a bit fiddly as they tended to snap the wrong way round but all is good... Excellent work, thank you.
Folks maybe experiencing crashes because the 'StehlBrucken' comes with a yellow warning and may crash save games... works on a new map tho'...

also plane is there a chance you could make brunel's famous bridge thats links cornwall and devon together?

you're right, rlas. I wish they'd set the functionality for third party sites too, but they don't. So I just have to put a note in the description, but people don't always read it

For those experiencing crashes etc, please read the description. This mod requires the Steel Arch Bridge mod. You need to head to the link I provided (I forgot to mention, turn google translate on!), download the .zip, and extract it into your steam/steamapps/common/Transport Fever 2/mods folder.

Your description is inadequate. Everything is not in the description above. This is supposed to be simple. The problem is the other mod/bridge, where and how dose it get installed. The other site is in German. So there is no easy explanation on where to put or how to install the original mod. So as people guess where and how to make the other mod work yours dose make it crash. because the other mod is place or installed wrong.
