where does the voice come from

There is a small bug where if you spawn a witch with the console, there will be a "oh↑~~~" and then quickly fade out. If it's a naturally generated witch in the campaign, it will also sound like this if you listen carefully.

This should only replace the sound the witch makes @小叮做事小叮当, if it replaces anything else then there's an issue. The original mod for this made the BGM silent as well, which is why I reuploaded this mod.

Oh shit, that could be anything then. The reason I made this mod is because my BGM mod wasn't working with it, and that's how I figured out the original poster added a silent background music file. If you want to, you can look at the VPK's contents with a program, however I forgot what program it is. (I just looked up "how to edit VPK lol)
