Unfortunately still not working. All dependencies are subscribed.

Broken assets:
Custom Assets: 2089766207.City Template - Corner v2_Data: NetInfo missing
Custom Assets: 2089765469.City Template - Center v2_Data: NetInfo missing

Unfortunately it wont work for me. Have anarchy on and the quay mods, but it just keeps telling me it needs a shoreline.

The "River Quay Rocks" asset must have been missing. It is used for the sunken highway walls in both Corner and Middle assets. I missed it in the Required items list, just added it, so it should be fixed once you subscribe to this quay asset. Thanks for your feedback!
