This mod and your Egypt Rework mod will delete the new added buildings for Khmer and Egypt from another mod whose name is Second Unique Infrastructure . I am so sorry to find this imperfection...Would you like to solve this problem?
H.Humpel 25. juli 2022 kl. 8:25
Hi sukritact,
your mod has been translated by Junky into German and the translation is now part of the German translations for Civilization VI mods mod pack.
We would be more than happy if you could refer to the language translation in your mod description.

Could you please add War Canoe (Galley replacement) as the secondary unique unit in this mod:

General Profit 5. sep. 2021 kl. 4:29
after going through all my mods this was the one causing my game not to load (hope this helps someone in the future, sukritact makes amazing mods though)
Jay 2. sep. 2021 kl. 20:29
I noticed an issue. Since the Baray district is not indicated as an aqueduct in the district.sql of the mod, I could not build the Angkor Wat wonder in the city since there is technically no aqueduct. Anyone else having this problem?

VincentW914 17. juli 2021 kl. 12:11
does baray has normal aqueduct ability(acess to freshwater)? and what about adjacency bonus for industry zone?
codenaugh 9. juli 2021 kl. 16:37
FYI, the yields per wonder happen once a wonder is placed instead of completed. Can be exploited.
Arcadian 12. maj 2021 kl. 7:32
Did you remove the other Khmer rework? It would be balanced now compared to the Firaxis version.
Gonk 4. maj 2021 kl. 6:52
Do prasats still give the Martyr promotion? Khmer and relics is like peanut better and jelly.
mattmmclain 28. apr. 2021 kl. 2:44
Okay, it must be getting the Food adjacency with the Improved Aqueduct district mod I have, then.
sukritact  [ophavsmand] 27. apr. 2021 kl. 23:28
The Baray UD never had a Food adjacency. The only thing I changed with the district from before April is I nerfed the initial housing bonus to +1.
mattmmclain 27. apr. 2021 kl. 20:00
There is a thing where placing the district only shows the Housing, and not the Food adjacency anymore. Do you think you could change it back to food, so we don't have to guess the Food adjacency??? Besides, the Housing is always going to be +2 anyways.
TrappedSettler 24. apr. 2021 kl. 21:16
thank you
Moda 26. feb. 2021 kl. 14:40
Is it possible to get the visual change to the aqueduct without the gameplay changes? This was exactly what I was looking for in terms of aesthetic but I am not sold on the khmer civ changes.
The Kakuzato 9. feb. 2021 kl. 15:55
So I've encountered a really odd incompatibility. When loaded with TheCrazyScotsman's Jerusalem civilization, this mod's Civ ability, Barays, and the Unique Unit don't seem to load in at all. Would this just be a load order issue, or something more than that? I'll be posting over on his mod about this as well.
superiorsteelheader 6. feb. 2021 kl. 13:18
Thank you for fixing one o f the worst civs.
Arcadian 13. jan. 2021 kl. 23:53
The Baray doesn't give +2 Housing and amenities like it says. It's OP already, but food bonus isn't worth much without housing and amenities to support it.
Jay 24. dec. 2020 kl. 0:12
I did not know that the Baray need not be built adjacent to the city center. Fantastic!
MarsEco 20. nov. 2020 kl. 16:12
@sukritact Question for you, not exactly about this mod: Would you make a little mod that, as long as the city had an Aqueduct connecting the City to a river, that the city could then build a watermill or the new pelgum in that city? (I know the the physical graphics of having a watermill or pelgum an extra tile awhile might be tricky.) If it's possible, because I feel like if you can get the Aqueduct District over there, that you could then put a watermill over there too (though the watermill isnt a building within the Aqueduct District._
sukritact  [ophavsmand] 18. aug. 2020 kl. 20:57
P0khiel incorporated a version of this in his mod. This is the original.
TieJäi (Argues big fan) 17. aug. 2020 kl. 18:40
Is this just the Khmer out of "civilizations expanded" ?
eightroomsofelixir 28. juli 2020 kl. 21:30
The Baray is the most amazing part of this rework. The DLC just apply baray to the aqueducts...I mean aqueduct isn't a Baray, and it's not like every civilization can build aqueducts. Even the Romans have a unique replacement of aqueducts.
Dante.Enoshima 21. juni 2020 kl. 10:07
@blackjack95 why are you asking it here? you asked the wrong modder for that. Ask p0kiehl for that, as they're the one who made the CX mod.
Bluesky95 19. juni 2020 kl. 16:21
hi having compatibilty issue with khmer in civilizations expanded with civ specific wonders mod

could you help?
vs2001 17. juni 2020 kl. 23:39

Hi, i cannot get the baray even though it appears in the civilopedia. can you plese help?
illios 27. maj 2020 kl. 15:16
So far I have been really enjoying your reworks for these civs. It really helps bring some of these under-performing civs up. Or makes good ones even better. This one is no different.

I do think it needs some finer tuning though. The production percentages likely need to be a dropped a bit. With the internal trade routes, strong holy sites (with policy cards), and the percentages, it makes even the Hansa and look weak. Plus the percentages stack (with both abilities) as the city grows. In a nutshell: it's OP.

I really like the Baray. Its unique in that you have to use farms to increase its housing. But I am finding housing to be an issue in my cities. Perhaps be being able to build multiple if you lower the amenities? Or just increase its base housing?

Also the second unique unit that gets added with the Steel & Thunder mod(I think its this one) is missing. This has not happened with any of the other rewrites that you have done. Any chance of it coming back?
SSS47t 23. maj 2020 kl. 10:34
Hi, mod looks amazing I really want to get it working. However, the Baray district is not available for me to build in my games (it appears in the civilopedia though). I have LOTS of mods installed and am trying to troubleshoot.

Do you have any tips and what sorts of mods that could be causing a conflict? For example, I already disabled p0ekhiels better aquaducts, but still cannot get Barays. Thanks!
Pulcoco 17. maj 2020 kl. 14:18
Hello, tried the mod and indeed the bonus towards wonder is not THAT strong because you lack production with farms. But main problem comes from loyalty, when i have 30 citizens cities while my neighbours have like 8/10 citizens. Maybe there could be a tweak reducing a bit loyalty from cities? dunno =) Great mod tho as always Sukritact ;) !
sukritact  [ophavsmand] 17. maj 2020 kl. 1:06
Nah, they won't; mainly because Barays are exclusively Khmer, there isn't a Thai equivalent.
jemalomlcs 16. maj 2020 kl. 8:02
I bet my a** that Firaxis will add Siam in the next expansion with this exact same unique district :p
sukritact  [ophavsmand] 15. maj 2020 kl. 15:02
It literally says the error is from my Sumer rework. That error is from a conflict between that mod and another mod, probably Steel and Thunder.
Nizou 15. maj 2020 kl. 8:23
Got a bug. I'm not using the previous Khmer rework, only this one. In Database.log :
[417870.570] [Gameplay] ERROR: UNIQUE constraint failed: UnitReplaces.CivUniqueUnitType
In Modding.log :
[417870.564] UpdateDatabase - Loading Core/Suk_Sumer_Rework_Core.sql
[417870.570] Warning: UpdateDatabase - Error Loading SQL.

Exactly not that OP as a big city more than 10/20 people is usually lacking of production and trees which mean you cannot really built a wonder economically and BEFORE it is completed by other AI players, while France is happy to do so. However the later the game goes, the more powerful Khmer is at building wonders although it seems useless...as most wonders are just to expensive.
Te 13. maj 2020 kl. 21:50
Oooh. Your first rework was already incredibly fun to play, but this looks really, really awesome. Thanks for this!
Hoshi 13. maj 2020 kl. 6:02
Its very good visualy but isn't the bonus toward Wonders too high? France has only 20%. Or you could limit this bonus to Renascence and before era wonders like China workers which would include most relgious wonders.
Wiinwiin 12. maj 2020 kl. 10:42
...
Lucifer 12. maj 2020 kl. 5:50
nice
GroBoiD 12. maj 2020 kl. 1:17
Can you make a little bit more balanced version ?
Abd121 11. maj 2020 kl. 4:19
Great mod, if you could nerf it a little bit so it feels better to play with or against in deity
Cocodrigo 10. maj 2020 kl. 11:02
I edited the code ever so slightly such that the trade routes don't give bonus food and production, but culture (gold and faith too), for each Palace, Wonder, Baray and Holy Site in the destination city (not dam). Still crazy good (may tune down +4 adjecency HS production bonus to affect only wonders), but I love the mod!
chicocavalca 10. maj 2020 kl. 9:45
I really love you work, it is so detailed and polished. Could you do more unique districts???? A unique holy site for Japan, inspired in Shinto temples, with its own exclusive buildings, like the Cothon district. Asian and Middle eastern civs really needs more flavour
chicocavalca 10. maj 2020 kl. 9:35
Excellent MOD as usual!!!
A little bit overpowered since I had +9 production in medieval era domestic routes.....
PUNK'S NOT DEAD 10. maj 2020 kl. 5:59
Nice Ideas but maybe a bit too much and overtuned. You can easily get 35% production to buildings, wonders and districts. As well as the other bonues
masamuna 9. maj 2020 kl. 19:16
Amazing design for the district, looks even better than an official one.
Thanks so much
Sapphire Bullets 9. maj 2020 kl. 11:57
Does the Baray still need to be adjacent to a city and a mountain/fresh water source? Does it still provide fresh water to cities?
Alekznamia 9. maj 2020 kl. 6:40
Great work, I hope you will make more districts for other civilizations. The Plaza Mayor (Government plaza) for Spain, special economic zone for China, Shinto Sanctuary for Japan... will be great
