Ye, there were some structural weaknesses between the inner and outer shell, I think it would have been symbolically very defiant to rebuild the same towers, but upgraded and much sturdier. I can understand too why they didnt though, with the reputation of the old ones

I think the Old Towers looked way better than The New One IRL. They didn't even built a 2nt tower. They should of just rebuilt The same old Towers all over again.
