Fixed! Just make sure you select "padded" with Unrestricted customization. Thanks Nindzyha Nub. Great stuff

Nice stuff! Unfortunately stopped being able to pick the customizations when I upgraded to plated armor. Did this happen to anyone else?

Amazing mod you have here, just want to say.

I can't believe there's so many half life addons as recent, yet no combine soldiers from half life alyx.
I tried to make my own addon but it's too confusing for a retard like me lol.

Yeah apologies, it appears to be steam corrupting the bloody download so now I gotta figure out what the flying fuck went wrong with it.

you need to apply the parts in the customization, there's also a slider in the options menu that changes the likelihood of the parts showing up
