The airlock is supposed to be a simple design. I assume both got stuck open for you. Use a crowbar.

Should be fixed now. I increased motion zone size and added a waypoint immediately before the door trigger waypoints on all doors in both directions.

Eventually they get deep enough into the motion zone to keep it triggered.

Ah I see. It's not a waypoint issue it's an issue with the motion sensor. They get right on the edge causing a bit of a loop. Basically their arm enters the motion detection zone and then leaves during the movement animation causing them to stop to wait on the door to close. They then try to start moving again but immediately pause again to wait on the door. Rinse, repeat.

bots dont seem to have issues moving around except that they wont open doors around reactor and front part of sub. The medbay and airlock they have no problem with.

Glad you said something. I completely forgot a ladder for the center ballast. Also moved the waypoints around and added some across the entire sub. There were a few spots that weren't right. Hopefully that fixes your problem.

The main cannon launches nuke rounds. So it'd be the brute force kind of exterminatus. The one that takes an entire fleet and a fuck ton of nukes. Unfortunately, planet killing bio-weapons and bombs don't exist in barotruama. Although you could probably make a mod that adds an insanely powerful railgun round that destroys everything.

Just a brain storm on names. Angels Aquarius for an underwater Astarte Chapter and Atlantia Militarum a subgroup of the Astro Militarum. They would specialized and deal strictly in underwater subjugation and warfare on ocean worlds.

Used the image on the wiki as a reference. Really hard to mix and match parts to look right so I had to compromise. Also had work within the confines of the game. If it looked good but is complete garbage to use it wouldn't be fun. https://warhammer40k.fandom.com/wiki/Retribution-class_Battleship

Looks awesome but i think the Retribution has a longer front (look at Battlefleet gothic pics for reference) , the Imperial aquilas are spot on

Thanks so much for making this, seriously! I've had so much fun using this sub with friends, as well as your other subs. They scale fantastically with player count, are great for roleplay, missions, and PVP. Most of the few 40k ships made are way too big to be used practically, but yours are just the right size to be useful and fun while still giving that 40k vibe. Great effort, great subs, thanks again.

Auto doors are just too much "quality of life" for a 40k submarine. Hell the ork sub has a tendency to explode if a fire breaks out in the junk storage room. Either way I'm glad you liked it and thanks for the feed back.

Video probably has some useful advice on how to improve the sub. Unfortunately I don't speak Russian and youtube's auto-translator is kinda horrible at translating. The only thing I understood at the end was the surplus of equipment makes crafting pointless. Thing is I made it for long campaigns on extreme difficulty not one off missions. Still I know for a fact I was to generous on supplies and equipment. I might jump in the editor and cut the equipment in half.

I went ahead and make a collection for my 40K stuff. I'll add to it as I make more subs. I should have the Chaos Despoiler done by the end of tomorrow. It's basically finished I just need to thoroughly test it. I was going to make the Despoiler comparable to the Retribution but I got carried away so it' weapons are about the same but it has a more campaign focused interior layout.

This submarine is a beast! It works fine with AI as well. The only problem that AI usually stuck in the Reactor Room, running around there with the line "Can't reach the toolbox" :steamfacepalm:

Might have to make a more original Tau-esk sub. Their ship designs are really awkward to profile in barotrauma. I did start throwing together hulls to see what I could get to look kinda good. Might make a Castellan+Warden bulked up to battleship class.
