no, I just removed mod and chosen didn't regen. just weird I guess...

I don't think that was part of the original mod, is that something you made?

Chosen get +3 HP regen each turn. Makes it so much more challenging.

It's been a while since I looked at this mod and I don't have the original files anymore, but if you go into the mod's folder "2075424013", go to Config and open the Vest/Armor Config file, you should see something like "HP_REGEN=1". Just change the number to whatever you want.

How would we edit the INI files to give it more HP regen?

Hey Nares. LWOTC offers the option to disable the chosen, including removing their screens, etc. as second wave options/advanced options. You could take a look at (their scripting, etc.) how they do it, or ask in the discord LWOTC community.

That way you can enjoy all of the other features WOTC has to offer (expanded enemies, maps, items, missions).

You could try copying and pasting all of the files into the SDK. But it will only work if "Armor & Vest Config" works in vanilla (I don't know if it does).

Just for you (and anyone else who shares the same opinion), I'm going to make a mod that removes the Chosen from WOTC (mostly).

I may see if I can mod it up myself for non-WOTC

Sorry, but no. If you don't have WOTC, you should get it, seriously. It's worth every penny. But it even goes on sale all the time.

Any possibility of getting Legacy/Non-WOTC version of this?

I'm already subscribed to that one, but I can't seem to get the regen working on my early game vests and armor.

I'm trying to get halo style regen on these two mods:

Make sure you download the required mod (on the right side of screen). It will not work without it. If you have the game running, you must restart your game make sure both mods are enabled (the launcher has them disabled by default, you have to enable them).

If you are using armor that is completely mod-added, it will not work. The regen effect is a passive ability added to all of the armors in the base game (such as Kevlar, etc). Your soldiers must use armor from the base game.

It is working for me, so perhaps one of your other mods may be interfering.

Doesn't work at all, dunno what I need to do to make it happen...
