I'm not too sure what files would be missing exactly? Maybe props? All cards should be there.

If I'm correct, the only expansion packs that are left, are the ones that you buy these small bags and they give you random cards. Other then that, I have no clue what other Expansions could there be. Do tell if you know!

It could have possibly been removed. I'll work to get a PDF file into the game, otherwise you can easily look up the rules for the basic nuclear war game, but the nuclear war expansion packs rules are a bit more difficult to fine

I am still keeping a close eye! I do want to include the expansions, of course, to change the art to make it feel more modernized and fun. Escalation and Proliferation will be greatly appreciate it! If you still maintaining this, in about a month I can provide assistance for the two expansions Nuclear Escalation and Nuclear Proliferation as I own physical copies of both but am currently lending them to a friend. I can provide pictures of everything for NucPro and almost everything for NucEsc besides the rules for it.

I have not yet learned the Scripted curve of it. Perhaps that will be coming in the near future when I find out about it.

This does not have the expansion. I would need to see the expansion and make a modernized version of it in order for me to place it into this workshop. It's just the basic game for now. If others may find the pictures and all for the cards, I would be able to do so. Sorry

Does this have the 2 expansions as well?

The spinner is suppose to spin. It should spin. If not, then you will need to combine, then click "Fixed Joint" Then click on the Arrow and fix join to the board. It should spin. Unless someone flicked it to hard or messed with it.
