It doesn't work with Zitadelle DLC. Works perfectly in all other DLC, thank You very much, including Kursk. But in Zetadelle, not.
Is that possible, that You can update Your magic file?

How to use the mod: subscribe to this mod, then restart the game . Start a NEW GAME on EASY. This mod replaces the default "Easy" with this even easier setting.

It does need to be updated for Axis cards in Barbarossa and Blitzkrieg, but even without that it makes the game much easier as intended.

+300 prestige at the start of first conference (= Easy x3)
+15 extra turns on scenario length (= Easy x3)
+6 extra turns on objectives (= Easy x3)
+6 extra trucks at the start of scenario (= Easy x3)
HQ upgrades: 3x cheaper
Losses: Instead of 2 1 0 0 ... could be 3 2 1 0 ... in att_loss_table of game.yml
Cards (except paras and naval landing): 3x cheaper, recoup upped to 60
Please note that this mod also would need to be updated to include Axis cards - right now it's only Allies (and not all of them, apparently).

How do I use this recruit difficulty?
Yes, it's downloaded
Modded cards still in your deck should remain there I think, but otherwise everything should revert to the standard "easy" difficulty level.

Also, I like the suggestion for something that's midway between easy and this.

Note that some of the cards now have a recoup value of 95: if you buy them (at conference) and then discard, they will earn you net prestige.

Example I'm thinking:
225-250 Prestige at first conference
1-2 extra turns for both mission length and objectives
1-2 extra trucks
HQ upgrades either a slight cheaper or the same as say easy
The most important thing however is the losses you can take, that's what's key for me. Like, you can still take casualties, but it feels more like you made the mistake in the placement or attack rather than the AI getting a cheating RNG roll.
