These look awesome. I was thinking OC MD as well as I recently have been thinking of doing a build inspired by there and these would fit in. I've had some nostalgia lately about old family vacations. What I would really like to see is some OC MD Boardwalk style assets.

Hey KL, your assets are always first rate. Your American style apartment buildings are usually the centerpiece of my cities. Have you given any thought to releasing clubhouse/leasing office buildings with an accompanying pool? These buildings are in every apartment community. Thanks for the great assets.

@bonez first of all 1) it's 2020, there is absolutely no need to use RICO to plop regular growable buildings. 2) second, RICO can give any building settings in-game, being such an astute RICO user, I'm sure you're aware of that. 3) third, my first two points renders your comment useless doesn't it?

Guys H2OI isn't dead its just moved to new jersey.

Now that I have used these in my city, I just wanna come back and say wow these are nice. I love how they are modular. They look fine standing alone or put together like lego blocks.

The scale is spot on also.

Thanks so much for making this kind of stuff. Sorry you gotta deal with all the comments from people who don't know how to use mods in CSL and the off the wall requests.. Especially if its a request for you to do something that any user can do themself.

@giraffarex If you use loading screen mod you have the ability to create a list of vanilla assets not to load. There are a few that you can't remove without breaking the game but you can nuke like 95% of Colossal Order's stuff if you really want to.

I plop my cities and use zero vanilla buildings. Too bad we can't purge all vanilla buildings. I love contemporary wall to wall buildings and large area midrises

@g8rs93 I'm able to make buildings from anywhere! But am I available to make buildings from anywhere...not so much. I think the last thing I made from Florida was a Macy's/Bloomingdale's
