hi just to mention im using research pal (forked) and pause still works for me, (im not using the other random research mod though so it could be that)

Doesn't seem compatible with semi-random research mod. Unless it's Researchpal which is causing issues but my guess is the former. Or it's not working in 1.2 for me.

Would you mind updating this to 1.2? It seems to still work fine in 1.1 but seeing those yellow squares makes me nervous :)

hi skelemann,, how quickly are you researching things?
ive got quite a few speed boosts for research and it still takes me a fair while to unlock new things :)

Unfortunately, it does not. It pauses on all of the researches being finished, which is quite annoying.

You can't queue up research in vanilla, that's from a mod, and it should continue and only pause once the last finishes .

Well, you know how you can press shift click to add another research item to the queue?
What if it ignored all the ones BUT the last one.
There is an alert that also says something along the lines of "No research selected" which could be another trigger for the pause instead of just the "X researched" alert.

Or I could be talking out of my ass and both of these are from mods rather than vanilla..

Alternatively, could make an option that makes it that it only pauses if you got no researches queued anymore?

nice, and also nice room shown in the picture..
i thought i was being clever with my room adding in lots of different linkable buildings and brains in a jar to get a high boost, but never thought of your design :)
