Not sure if it needs it but with the new Libra update and E&C 3.2 now available will this mod need an update for compatibility. Im currently unable to upgrade my Commercial Buildings without having any requirement issues in their descriptions, and have been unable to find the incompatible mod in the playlist.

Considering the original mod ECA, is broke, could this possibly be updated to be compatible with one of the newer versions?

Does this work with Ethics and Civics Alternative RESTORED? I had to switch to the restored version as the original mod broke my pops. (or is a patch even still needed for restored?)

This mod breaks AVB integrated compatibility with EUTAB, need to be updated.

Minor thing, I'm pretty sure it's this mod that removes the 2 "high priest" jobs when you hit sacred nexus in the spiritual chain of buildings, but then adds then back in once you go higher.. I only notice because when I hit that step I consistently get 1-2 ruler class unemployed which lasts years and years until I can upgrade them higher. There are three (3) versions of the sacred nexus that get unlocked when I research it which I know is how your system works so I'm not sure if the game is choosing the wrong one or what but I thought I'd let you know

It's no issue, I'll admit I didn't even look for other versions when I made this. Enjoy the mod, let me know if this doesn't do something correctly.

Hey finally got off work just wanted to say it looks like I was totally wrong, and jht_89 was right! There used to only be the "classic" mod when I played a lot... Then there was the newer one that had traditions, and now there's an alternative one too haha -- It looks like alternative is the one that most mods are compatible with anyways I'll just be using that along with this. Thanks for humoring me and the quick response man can't wait to try out your mod tonight ^^

Oh wtf there are three versions now!? Nvm belay that then I'll just switch to alternative I assumed it was the tradition one...

You're getting E&C Alternative confused with the really old Cultural Overhaul 2.5 [Ethics-Civics-Traditions] mod (which is the one that the dev has just opened up crowdfunding for). E&C Alt is a more streamlined version of E&C Classic (with fewer new ethics).

I really enjoy how it lets you specialize your government more so I'm always pleasantly surprised when I come back for new dlc and find it working and/or patched for my other favorites

Classic is the older mod, I'll be honest I haven't actually used the new one at all since it almost always breaks for long periods with updates. The main difference is that the "classic" one is more compatible since it is *only* ethics, and civics. It adds the large circle to choose from for government types and new civics to go along with it but it doesn't touch any traditions or ascention perks so it's waaaay more compatible and I can use my favorite tradition mod with it. I haven't tried the new one (as of last night when I read the mod though it is broken for new patch and he was fundraising, but the classic one worked great I stayed up all night playing with it haha only to get bottlenecked going tall which led me to look for a sweet mod like yours)

I made this patch on request of someone, so I don't really have any experience with either mod. Can yuo explain to me what is different between Classic and alternative?Then I'll be able to give you a more accurate answer of whether this will work.

Hey just here to +1 asking (if this doesn't work for the classic E&C which seems to be the only one functioning right now as the guy just opened up a crowdfund to fix the alternative one) for a classic patch! Or if we need one at all... I'll probably start a playthrough just using this and disabling E&C because your mod seems so good but I'd love to use both =]

I would highly doubt it, the version of the files this patch affects in the classic version will likely be different to the alternate version, and as a result the patch will break whatever changes the classic version makes to the relevant buildings.

It shouldn't matter with dependencies defined, however as with most patches, below both mods.
