I don't think any car with 8 RPS will have these metrics

It's wastes fuel, best efficiency is at 7-8 RPS so shifting at 5 is wasting fuel.
Power is also better at higher RPS. I'm not saying you should set it all the way to 50, no,
but I have done some tests and peak power is at 44.44RPS.
