Модель вон в Browse - Addons - Half-Life: Alyx Citadel, как можно было не найти. Поиск есть, можно просто citadel например вбить. citadel_hlalyx.mdl называется модель

hla disproved the "alive citadel" theory which i don't think is accurate (it is a theory, and the citadel does have "veins" but we don't know the real purpose of them. It could be synth transportation or a transportation tube)

I think the point of HL: Alyx Citadel is it is supposed to look like a hunk of metal as it is being built and is not finished being built.

Apparently you don't know how model lighting works in SE. If the zero coordinate of the model is shaded by something or is generally under the map, then the entire model will turn black.
