I searched using Genie... perhaps i need to wait longer. I started in Jan 2019 (as in Thailand) - Ill try a few more seasons, Thks

Have you scout 17-18 y/o players during your short career? :) It's better to play bigger club and scout many young players to notice in such short period. Most of them show up in 2020. You can use third part programs like GenieScout to see the whole change.

I've been playing for 2 season now and haven't noticed any sharp rise in good newgens... any thoughts why this may be happening?

Shit I planned to improve newgens in only few countries.
Is it complicated to unlock it?
I have never used resource archiever.

Hello, I added image to the file's info so you can see the changes.
The options in editor to change mental attributes are hidden, they need to be unlocked first by the resource archiever.

how did You managed to improve mental attributes of newgens?
I do not see that change in Your editor file or do I see the option in editor.
