i really dont get why everyone is building with smart hull. that block is TERRIBLE for ships. better overlap some system blocks to get better performance out of it.

Nice work on the optical part,
but why does it habe to be smart hull.
For 12 systems, way to weak (even uses Ogonit for Turretbases).
Pls consider making it a 10 system ship without ogonit.
