I've been working on Megumeme, honestly. Finished most of her stuff, actually. Just need to tweak her UA, do her peace/war theme and do her dialogue, iirc.

Her ability/buildings relies on Tourism. Which is exclusive to BNW. And even religion requires BNW or Gods and Kings. Therefore I won't be able to do that.

I'll have to play her more before I give balance input, but her dialogue is fantastic. Got the right personality:)

Great to hear! I think she has a fun playstyle and a distinct theme. Her dialogue also makes her interesting to play against. What do you think of her balance wise? In what tier would you put her compared to vanilla civs/other mod civs?
