Sorry, I've just re-uploaded them as the creator deleted his account. Feel free to fork/fix it yourself or find an other asset creator who can do this :) - I'm not able to fix it.

I tried it in my city and when it turns and when the sirens are on the lights have a horrible effect, could you fix it? :steamhappy:
