It's recommended to upload and configure the lua files to your addons folder
Cure can be enabled for spawn menu in the entity file.

It wont work in singleplayer or on my dedicated server. I get killed by zombies and still respawn as a citizen. Also, I can't get the cure entity to show up in the spawn menu, even though its enabled.
