I know there is a possibility this mod is dead but is there any chance you would be up for updating it good sir because this is without a doubt my favorite mod for any of the TW games and I honestly dont think I can bring myself to play spartans again without this, but either way thanks for the epicness even if I cant use it again.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but I think your asking for a mod of just my reskins of original Spartans without any new units. If so sorry I have been taking a break from modding and not working on new stuff right now, I'm just keeping my current mods patch compatible so I probably won't get any time to do that sorry.

If the Spartan Campaign was created with the mod then it probably needs the mod to work so you'll either have to play with the mod or start a new campaign with it turned off. Also this mod is Patch 12 Beta now so you probably have to opt into the patch 12 beta for it to work :)

Thanks. I used Pack File Manager for most of it and Gimp and Hex Editor Neo for the colouring. I learned it all here: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?1991-Total-War-Rome-II-Workshop lots of tutorials and helpful stuff you can get pack file manager there as well. This is my first mod and the site walked me through it all.

I actually agree and had been meaning to change some helmets so thanks for the push :)

I have changed the helmets on the following units:

Periokoi Warriors - Added short crests
Periokoi Chosen Warriors - Changed to Corinthian with tall crests
Periokoi Chosen Pikemen - Added short crests
Periokoi Dragoons - Added tall crests

This is by far my favourite mod, i love the romanized look of the units. Really wish you would change the helmets on the perioikoi chosen warriors though, they would look so much better with corinthian helms insted. The ones thay have now are so ugly i just cant bring myself to use the unit.
