I totally agree. This is one of my first attempts at making anything at all in the Tropico franchise, glad to know it's something viable!
Will download my own workshop item to modify it the way you proposed and experiment a bit more now! Thanks again!

I love this map, but the port should be moved more to the left so it can be connected to a road. thats my only compliant, other than that its really good! ;)
