@hi guys The Plague follows the Fascist AI, which could have a high possibility of doing that depending on the size of the opposing nation at war.

I can't really 100% tell if it's HOI4 or the mod, but battleplans seem to inspire my soldiers to do random cross country runs across the forests of Russia, to the other front.

so uh you can't train new divisions as the Virus because of the -300% training time it breaks the game so that troops don't train at all

@Wartank55 It'll say its outdated, but it should work. I haven't looked at the 1.9.1 Patch so if there are any new features then probably not.
