Unsubscribing and resubscribing fixes this mod for me, but I have to do it almost every time I play lately.

@HyperskiesSM Quite possibly the Steam Workshop bug where it randomly deletes mods that you're still subscribed to. Try unsubscribing and resubscribing to force a re-download.

@Dinonuggie What says? The game certainly doesn't say that (it does say that this mod wasn't built against the latest game version, which is correct, but that does not mean it's 'outdated' or 'not compatible').

And whoever is maintaining that "broken, dead" list you're talking about obviously either doesn't know what they're talking about, or are outright lying (probably to get you to download a malware-infested alternative).
