Most of my mods are characters from very different genres and wouldn't make sense to go together. Remember that you only need to wait for the data files to update after getting a new mod. If nothing is new then you can just start right away.

roughly how much is each could you combine like 5 into one mod because it gets tedious when you have to let it update like 45 mods.

It would be too big for a steam download I'm afraid. Mods have a max size of 100mb on here.
