So I noticed in the 200 campaign (not as Sun Ce), the Qiao sisters do join your faction, but they come without their armor and in the Sun Ce family tree, Da Qiao is still a court noble of Sun Ce. So the Qiao sisters are possibly a duplicate in the 200 start? Your other mods with Lady Mi, Ma Chao etc. don't seem to have a duplicate problem at least for me. Their family tree indicates their officially a part of my faction. Oh, the Qiao sisters' past loyalties don't show Sun Ce's faction either. Ma Chao for example does show that his past loyalty was with Ma Teng.

Now that characters come of age at 16, does this mean that the times when Da and Xiao Qiao join you changes as well?

Da Qiao's portrait is blank when she joined the player's faction in the 200 AD campaign. I think it's due to her existence at the campaign's beginning, and the system won't recognize the duplicate, which I think this mod is doing. Am I right? Can you fix the bug by moving her from Sun's faction to the player's?

Yes, you don't have to go by the dates they are just a guide. ie: Zheng Jiang will come in 200 if she isn't dead yet, she just won't come before that date, if the game checks the date + 1 season later the character will enter the event pool and come eventually.

If anyone is looking at this wondering if it works, it does. It works with already started campaigns, even if you're past the date where the sisters come of age (and as far as I can tell, it gives them the appropriate age for whatever date they appear for you). It works if you play as Sun Jian. Good stuff.

I don't know, this one works with MTU when it wants to it seems. In one campaign both arrived correctly, in other two tests Da Qiao arrived correctly but Xiao Qiao arrived without portrait.

I got used to all the mods that i got from you being MTU compatible that I didnt bother reading that this doesnt say it compatible to MTU so imagine my surprise when they arrived they were a year late for me and bugged (no portrait or armor) hope to see a MTU version soon and perhaps a Lu Ji one as well?

so question? when the sisters do show up normally if you do the rise of the warlords start which faction usually get's them both first? cause when i play as some of the warlords i don't see to find those two anywhere in the ranks of armies in the field or else where?

@toper - they used to work for all the dlc's and the main game, but i think with the 1.6 update MTU has since changed maybe the startpos?

btw i see problems on 190 only, but for 194 world betrayed DLC so far no problems while using your mods :)

The issue of the robes and faces etc, is down to MTU's funky startpos, whereas most characters will be fine, they incorporate their own versions overwriting the originals.

@QuantumPhayer - It's not this mods fault it's your mod set-up. All this mod does is move the vanilla characters, it does what it says it does. If you got a plethora of other mods you are causing the issues not me. Like I said, if I get time I'll make a MTU version so you don't have her arrive with a ragged ass robe :P

serious... i have used all the fixes for the Qiao sisters... Armour Fix, Age Fix and the remodel MTU mod... when da qiao arrives.. she has no portrait and a random ass robe... i thought it would be a problem with mod positioning but i believe its this mod fault that this is happening... hope it gets resolved :P

To give a clearer response on the portrait problem. When they arrive in my faction they dont have their unique character armor equipped, for a few rounds their portraits are ok but at the beginning of a random new round they may randomly equip generic general armor to fill their armor slot. I assume thats what may be causing this but I am unsure if this is what anyone else is experiencing. Also I use MTU.

The other mods I ran also didn't touch anything to do with the portraits or commanders, and I had no problems using your "Zheng Jiang Arrives 190 CE" mod to bring her and Lu Zheng into Shamoke's faction. I wonder if it's a culture conflict between Nanman-Han. I'll have to try out your other character joining mods.
And if I didn't say it before, thank you for all your hard work. I love your mods and being able to add elusive characters to my faction.

Mod conflict on your end, not this mod. All it does is move them, no portraits are touched, no code changed, it just moves then to the player faction on their coming of age.

Tried this in the Furious Wild, both came as missing portraits.

I just noticed that Xiao Qiao arrives in your faction as a clone, while the real one is in her original faction (or somewhere else).

Does this compatible with MTU? I'm using MTU addon that replace CA Xiao Qiao and Da Qiao

Works partially with Wu mod. Both arrive, however Xiao Qiao is a clone (the real one stays in her faction). Da Qiao does join you as intended and is the real one.

Mod works perfectly for the 194 start but not the 190 start.

No armor on arrival and the character's portrait disappears when one is equiped (which happens automatically once you get a commander or strategist armor in your inventory)

Everything else is good!

Yeah, seems a few of my mods have become incompatible with MTU + Puzzle mod, I don't use those mods anymore, way too much game changing scripting. MTU obviously alters the startpos and spawns these chars earlier than the game does vanilla, I would need to make an MTU version which only "moves" them. The 194 version of Diaochan is moved, whereas the 193 is "spawned" based on how thew vanilla game works. Sadly I don't have the time to mod these days.

It seems this mod coupled with MTU doubles these heroes ? As with the diochan mod i end up having diochan and the sisters without their armour and once they obtain an armour they loose the portrait

I don't think your mods work with MTU anymore.
