Thanks for the quick reply, i'm using a mod for better AI focus on educating children and their own focus, gonna test without the mods to see if it works.

@Jackie Thanks for your comment! As far as I can tell, this mod should not affect raiding or traits. I just made a copy of the vanilla event that starts the Viking Age and set it to start at the beginning of the game. Are you using any other mods that might be messing with traits or the AI behavior?

Having a problem where my vassals dont raid, they just get troops for the councillors but they just stand there menacingly. Already on 817 and only my ruler have any of the viking traits.
