Update Popcop increased to 200 by request... New maps published with 3 more maps to come in the next week or two... Beta testing for bugs at the moment... Please continue to rate all maps thanks for all the support.

yeah i thought about raising the center and having choke points either side *as it is now*... But with a Hill this will mean no crossfiring... Also the trees and grass catch fire and are easily destroyed... The map is one of my very old ones from COH1.. It was just one of a collection of different maps with *different types* of choke points. All took no more than an hour to make tops *as a plat form to more complicated and detaile maps...

Understood. Maybe then have a partial road that stops 1/2 way. I watched this halftrack take like 10 minutes to navigate the trees, it was pathetic. And I definitely loved the thick tree coverage and I loved looking back at the bare spots to see where the battles were, it's just sort of annoying when you can't see what is happening and you lose your squad. Good map though.

Thanks spin funny how the reason for not having a road and having the tree is for those very reasons you gave to remove them... To slow the Ai vehicles to infintary speed and the trees come down easly enough and the slight miss view adds to the atmosphere... 8) I have another front line map which me and my friends love because its realy "IN YOUR FACE" and intence but you can if your at your best agains expert Ai kill the map in 30-40min

Ok, played this, only 2 comments: 1) have a road going down the middle. It can be a little windy, but for the most part make it pretty straight down. The thick trees make vehicles take forever because this AI isn't very smart. 2) with the areas that are incredibly thick with trees, I'd thin them down like 25%, not much, but enough. Sometimes I couldn't even see what was happening. Otherwise great map, A+, highly recommend it to others.

This map really solves my biggest gripe: NO FRONT LINE. In war, there are front lines, but in COH2, the patheticly coded AI will ignore the front line and will rush units past you to capture points. Not anymore. This is warfare; this is a tug of war.

yea the idea behind putting the tall grass in etc is that the Ai then uses incendary devices and everything burns its great! lol Also its only in patches and u dont have to walk through it...

Pretty good map concept. Thick forest is great but I guess it is avoided in maps for a reason, visiblity. :D Combined with tall grass near flags makes infantry disappear. But once a frontline is formed and battle rages on, say goodbye to trees and and bushes. :D After game it is cool to look at where the biggest battles and pushes were as the forest turns into brown moon surface there. :pandastunned:

Look more into the details of the terrain. Could be a simple classic. : )

Take the A1 on or your mates full on... no room to run away or hide. Either push forward and the enemy back or get pushed back yourself.
