okay but i was meaning about to get help from you or someone else who knows how to work with NPCs. Creating dialogues, quests and other things. I was searching on web and watched some videos but its a bit confuse for me. lol.

They are vehicles. So you have to make a vendor with spawn point

Good job!
Try adding a "Camera_Focus" gameobject, tagged and layered vehicle, that should fix the issue with the angled camera (it sets the position and angle of where the 3rd person camera focuses)
