Have you had problems with the build from the beginning? or just recently?
Please make sure you own both extensions and updated your game at least to 1.9.x. And could you please give me more information about what parts are missing specifically.

then made a rescue vehicle w a rover and rescued the kerbals- relized i didn't have engough fuel to make it back but enough to get the return stage- docked w the return stage- and returned home- and rolled down a mountain
for me it always depends on how much I want to build something.
and apart from that I just found a very good source [solarsystem.nasa.gov]
And since my initial reason for making this was the ability to rotate the solar arrays, it was clear from the beginning to use DLC parts.
