why dosent the turbo work in f1 86 cars?? does it need to be updated?

The turbos are broken with the new rF2 UI. It works with the old UI. Either fix the mod or remove it from the workshop.

@Sniffer @criscorraini @Kobradelta1000 I don't think this mod is still supported, but a while back ChiefWiggum kindly allowed us to use his 1986 F1 models and granted permission to make a fork of this mod. It is still in production, and may be of interest to you.

Something wrong here - The turbos are not working; no pressure on them which equals the adjustability doesn't do anything. As others have said, the top speed is ridiculuously low in these cars...

I assume it's the need to update so i guess unless this mod gets updated, it's a broken mod and therefore needs to be removed from the Workshop.

We have this issue with other mods too; what's the point of having a supposedly functioning workshop for content/mods if the creators don't update their work???

Those mods should be removed from the workshop until they are re-submitted to work with the current build.

What happened with this fantastic mod? Something happened after the last update of rf2. There is no power in those cars anymore. Top speed = 235kph. What happened? It seems something wrong with engines or turbo.

The turbo in 86´ seems to be broken, no psi or power at all. Pleaseeeee update this fantastic mod

you can't shift under full throttle, you must lift the throttle when you shift, and the RPM should be not too high, and this happens when you shift under full throttle

My engine is blow up after 1-2 laps, i tried on 1 boost, and again. What's the solution for it?

1984 would be a nice Saison, we will see, I work also on am 80's mod, like the 70's Style Mod, this will have the big Rear Wings from 1984 also

Hi Chief, There is an issue when I drive only the Ferrari in the cockpit cam. I don´t know what happened in the graphics, when I push the gas appears a big dark square in front of my cockpit... when i release the gas the big square disappear.... Do you know how to fix that? Only when I drive the Ferrari it happens....

I have subscribed to both your 1986 mods, I was probably driving the other one, 0.97 version. With horrible rF2 UI it's no wonder. Cars in screenshots look the same from the outside. I will change the link in the video description. Sorry!

@eg01st you drive the old version right? I can't see the rpm light in the Benetton Cockpit, and the Tires looks like in the old Version.
