The only problem I have with this is that DLC content doesn't seem to be retextured, nor does apparel for some reason?? If anyone knows any mods I could add with this please let me know, much appreciated!

Also, does vanilla expanded apparel retexture base-game apparel to be more upscaled?

Unfortunately this mod causes now pretty often freezes, especially when clicking on Items/during Raids/Caravan arrivals etc or when designing Rooms via blueprint :( Then the game crashes via Unity Error. I guess there may be some conflicts atm with Odyssey

@Holgast; fair enough, but disabling comments, forcing people to go onto external sites/apps like that to highlight concerns is a dodgy move IMO.

@GlowzuS Still the same errors, although I put this mod as high as possible in the list. I have mods, but I don't have any to change the vanilla textures. I assume there is a conflict with the new DLC. :hunted:

The latest update to the "Clean Textures" mod has caused the rock chunks improved by this mod to default to vanilla. Unable to amend load order either.

I'm noting it here as the dev has disabled comments and only chats through that dodgy Boosty app.

@Gudilla, @KingsMan_ You should try to reorder them based on your mods list, as stated by the dev in section "Known issues"

Came back to RimWorld to try 1.6, but for some reason specifically the UI elements and the Faction icons are more blurry than usual only with this mod, which is weird when everything else in-game seems fine, even the textures themselves look fine.

There’s no setting to keep the menu like vanilla, so I’m using the mod with the menu-related XML files removed. Having text appear on the small tabs at the end looks odd

This mod is currently dependant on Vanilla Expanded Framework . Without it, it gives lots and lots of red errors.

Why does this mod throw starting errors all of a sudden when not using vanilla expanded framework? I've always used it in lightly modded environments when not using the framework and it was fine.

I get a console error when adding this mod to 1.6 with all DLC:

Not sure if this is a VTE bug, but after I added this to an active 1.6 game yesterday, my colonists starting appearing naked and (sometimes) with no heads. If you look at their gear, they have it, but it doesn't show when they are walking around or on their headshots at the top. Nothing else appears to be affected. HugsLib isn't updated, so not sure how to upload a log.

@mr.melnikov The fact that you think that a lot of players download a texture pack to use it to make their own is wild.

And no way would you have forgotten to save them elsewhere in your own folder to avoid a data overwrite if you made your own mods.

The mod throws an error if the vanilla expanded framework is not in the list. However it also doesn't indicate it's dependency on this.

That's just how Steam does it. If you didn't make a local copy of the mod, anytime I update the mod on steam it will automatically check if you have all the correct files (you don't, since you edited them), and then it will redownload any missing files (all the ones you edited).

So sorry, but the fault was on you for not making a local copy of the mod.

You can check our github that texture files were not 'reuploaded' or anything like that.

With the 1.6 update, you reloaded the entire texture folder. Why? Most mod authors do not reload textures, and their folder is created separately. Players often download your mod to create their own textures based on it. This is not intended for commercial use or distribution, but for personal enjoyment. Now, everything that I and other players have created based on your mod has been destroyed. I do not believe that this was necessary for the 1.6 update.

Since this mode features no code (to my knowledge), could we assume that it will have the new DLC and basegame textures added with Odyssey/1.6 respectively when it updates to 1.6?

Trying out the 1.6 update (This isn't me asking UPDATE WHEN???????) and I didn't realize how much that my idea of the Rimworld Style was based off of this mod alone

The fabrics and leathers look so much better with this...

@tstarj i know a dlc is coming and its on unstable branch but its really braindead to ask for a update to a mod when the actual patch isn't for a month.
