Think I mainly supported what I could based on what were actually used in dyes and how much color variation they had from each dye / skin.
Zipper color variation was very small.
Though the mod could use an update for more options, at some point.
The cape, dress, hat, etc. options are where the eyes will sample the color and texture from since there is no dedicated eye color option in dyes / skins.

You can change the config in Main Menu > Mods > Dyeable Eyes > Config
