Can we fish in them with 1.6?

Newb question: does this mod theoretically allow water to be added to a map that has none? What are the restrictions for placing lake tiles other than that the terrain must be Diggable?

Sindre, any interest in directly incorporating my patch into your mods to support Vanilla Fishing Expanded?

BruhMan 10. maj 2024 kl. 0:24
thankyou, perfect for a fishing spot! Hate having to reroll seeds of a tile looking for perfect water placement

could you make it work with Vanilla Plants Expanded - More Plants?
Selne 24. juni 2022 kl. 2:37
Can you add this to an existing save?

For those asking for Fishing Zone support, here you go! https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2620397211

Hoy hoy!
I've asked with the Vanilla Expanded FIshing,
Sarg pointed that, for your lakes to be compatible with their fishing mod, it's on your side to make the lake tiles "Fisheable".

Could it be added?
Not only to be able to make our own artificial fishing farms for certain roleplaying games, as well to be able to fish on the natural lakes generated by your sister-mod addon Natural Lakes!

hi @radzerp , is it compatible with vanilla fishing expanded ? thanks
CrazyOatmeal 18. jan. 2021 kl. 15:58
If you put soil over a lake, the tile appears to be soil but is corrupted and cannot be built on or dug out ever again

Any chance this could be made to work with Vanilla Fishing Expanded to set them as fishable zones? https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1914064942

Any idea if this will work with RimAtomics water cooling? I built a lake, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything for my cooling - that said, it's entirely possible I may have screwed something up or misinterpreted what I was reading about my cooling capacity.

@Nodus Cursorius Should be fixed now, thank you! :steamhappy:

Heads up that this standalone version red-errors, since it calls: <designationCategory>NaturalPaths</designationCategory>

Your GitHub [github.com] shows it correctly as <designationCategory>Floors</designationCategory> - so I'm betting it was just an honest mistaken copypasta onto Steam's Lakes from when you updated Steam's Natural Lakes .

Thanks for your work on modding and looking forward to your Moon adventures too!

I've looked through the Def's again and it seems like I overlooked something. It is now shallow water where you can fish and build bridges.
Hippie Longsocks 27. apr. 2020 kl. 2:05
Lake tiles do not support support bridges? Is this possible to fix???
BestToasterNA 13. mar. 2020 kl. 11:37
@RadZerp I have that mod and it says your lake water is 30% passable but I used map edit mod for deep water works great.
permarust  [ophavsmand] 13. mar. 2020 kl. 1:47
@Jarrett This tile is deep water because i couldn't use shallow water with just xml coding. I would try out the mod that makes deep water unpassible.
BestToasterNA 11. mar. 2020 kl. 11:51
Can you make deep un passable water to so I can make a moat?
Nattnissen 1. mar. 2020 kl. 12:37
This is great :)

Now I can defile my own manmade lakes with things to cool down my nuclear reactors
permarust  [ophavsmand] 1. mar. 2020 kl. 12:30
@toasterrage, They are only buildable
toasterrage 1. mar. 2020 kl. 12:26
Do these spawn during map generation or are they only buildable?
