it would be cool if the chaos storms affected human colonists more harshly like them growing a tentacles or other mutations that could benefit or hinder them so we can have a Norsca like faction (or even a minor chance of a colonist turning into a chaos spawn from to many mutations) or make a need to prepare for chaos storms far more dire

@Volmaaral - You can remove the chaos Storm from the list of things that happens in your scenario before you start. Alternatively, if it starts, just go to the dev menu, select End Game Condition, and end it manually.

Looks like I commented on an old version on accident, though this is the one I subscribed to. Any way to turn off the accursed chaos storms? I’m not even in the wastes, but this storm is driving me ballistic. The corruption buildup is way too fast.

it seems i cannot actually use either curing or pickling. possibly an issue with the mods i have other than this one.

@Puffi i didn't have an issue in terms of a crash or using that other mod with biotech or the character editor but i do have the other problem i talked about. thats strange. these mods used to work just find i think maybe once i upgraded to a later 1.4 version that might be why it doesn't work right anymore... idk

@Souleaterblaze the Warhammer mod is not compatible with Biotech it chrashed my game 10 times i also see that your using "Character editior" which combind with Bieotech crashes your game (it chrashed my with those mods when i was trying that) its cuz the special Pawns of the Warhammer mod such as Cygores,Skaven,Bullgor,gore etc (im not shure about thats the same with dwarfs)are not compatiable with biotech.i accualy tryed getting those 2 to work and i also got the game but what was left of the pawns was an abomenation:the head of the skaven was floating the body was that of a normal pawn the horns were not on the had and it got extra horns were it head should have been and the tail was 3meters left from the body. when i clossed the character editor my game crahed a soone as that thing moved,from which i assume that the problem are the genes that alter the apersans of the pawn so that the game tryes to load these "abominations" but instead crashes.

all of which are required but without the medieval mods i was using medieval overhaul the issue still happens no idea why, try this for yourself and if this is not happening for you maybe its my version of 1.4? idk

right, so i removed everything except for the mods that are required and the issue still happens so i know for sure now it is on of your mods. the specific issue is i click a colonist and i cannot tell the mto do anything with rightclick can't right click anything at all whatsoever and they seem to wonder around and not know what to do. this is a pretty big problem and idk why its happening

@Souleaterblaze - That sounds like a mod conflict. If you're using the Medieval Vanilla mod, or something equivalent, then you cannot use Royalty or Biotech. That's usually the issue there.

this seems to be causing a bug where you cannot right click one pawn to interact with another one and pawns lose their ability to do anything and just wander around idle when there is stuff to do. it seems to be a conflict with another mod but idk which one it is. i have many medieval mods

@Puffi - Lizzies are started, but are for donators only at the moment. I took over a lizardman mod from someone else, and he had some pretty good progress on it. I haven't released it yet because it isn't up to my standards. I have kept it functioning through the last few versions.
@Requiem Gunner - This is my current mod in development. Orcs & Gobbos. They're started, but there's still quite a bit of work to go on them. They are functional and stable. Since they're not finished yet, they're for donators only at the moment.

UPDATE: Patched in the Map Beautification Project for the Chaos Wastes biome, requiring either the Biome Kit, or Regrowth: Core mod to make it happen.

@Major - You need to make cooked cures or cooked pickling at a a cook table, and put the product in the pickling/curing buildings.

I am using Mods from your list. Can you tell me why Pickling Vat and Curing Vat doesnt work in my game? I just cannot do anything with them. They seem to be decoration not a place, where i can put any food.

@HavocDragoon - Not as of yet, but I saw some awesome artwork on the Discord that some other guy was putting together for a chaos warrior themed mod.
@Joyce - It is, but there's a few weird little things (like 2 different types of fat from butchering animals). Nothing that makes the game not playable by any means.
@Narcoleptic - I swear I did that already. Check the Rimhammer Magic mod settings. If it isn't there, hit me up on Discord. There's a few things I want to add for setting to that mod, so this may be a good time to do it.

If this is added mid-save, what parts of the mod will be unavailable? I'd imagine the Chaos Wastes biome and some of the other features won't work, but I'd love to know what parts are and aren't SG compatible, or if the mod is straight-up not save game compatible.

This mod is crazy, respect! But for some reason now, when generating the world, only one or two factions will spawn. I don't use any other mods, just riimhammer and your factions mods. Where is the problem?

@Gearhammer - no, it will not restrict tech. If you want to restrict tech, use my Medieval Vanilla mod, it does exactly what this mod used to do in terms of tech limiting. Just put that at the bottom of your mod list. It is compatible with MO, but there are some poor overlaps like animal fat and coal. You get different types of those things, that aren't the same.
