Would it be possible to add a patch for Project Rimfactory Revived? There are automatic smelters in that mod and I'd like to use those to smelt the plants.

Deeply appreciate your time and effort for maintaining this mod for so long - I remember using it many years ago and I was pleasantly surprised to find it still up to date when I came back to the game just now!

Thanks for the personal reply, I shall endeavour harder to try and find some mods that do this. Glad I wasn't loosing my mind that VGP mods were about before 1.0, wow 10 years, started playing from alpha 17 myself. I also seem to have the bad luck of generally getting a starting colony with no plasteel and waiting on the drips you get off traders. I have fond memories of creating huge under mountain grow rooms to grow resources then managing the insects attacking me from them. Anyway thanks for the reply and for creating the mods and maintaining them, great work, its appreciated.

Holeoe: The mod has been around since Alpha 9. There was like 19 or 20 Alphas. 2 Betas. And 6 versions since release. The mod is around 10 years old!

Im not sure if there is a yield slider for plants out there. There are a lot of tweek mods. You might find that setting in one.

Really appreciate you continuing the VGP mods for so long, Enjoyed your VGP mods for as long as I can remember playing rimworld, not sure if VGP mods were about pre 1.0, I remember they were. A quick question to anyone, is there a mod that makes the cut plants require allot more of them to make a single resource. On the off chance is it possible to add sliders in mod options menu to adjust tihs? per resource. I would assume that would require a great deal of work.

I am working on adding of the new plants currently for the dlc's . I am testing Hemogen flowers and can look into this as well. TY for the suggestion.

Hello, thank you for the great mods, I love the VGP series! May I have a small request, if possible? To add Bioferrite for growing, if you have Anomaly installed. I understand it might not be necessarily needed, since you can somewhat easily get it in bunches from a good 'entity farm', but I would've loved the idea of actually farming it like the other resources :))) Keep up the good work!

usually adding ( non scripted mods ) mid game is "fine" taking stuff out is really the shit rimworld hates.

I never recommend adding to an old save.

It should be fine? you will need to update all your stockpiles and shelves.

I seem to not be able to smelt Steel Shrooms in 1.5. I have plenty and they're close, but I can't even force colonists to smelt. They will smelt from slag, so they're tasked right and the smelter is working.

yeah it has instead of steel being mine able you instead have to dig iron then work it into steel. it also has lead, tin, copper, and other rare earth mineral.

1.4 unstable is here! I'll be working on my mods over the week. I am back :P

I have found no bugs in the day of testing I have done.

Errors may happen as other mods are updated. And features for new version ie.. new coding may not be there as the coding changes can be missed.

Please let me know if you find core coding that needs updating in my mod and I'll put it in!

Yeah some of the other mods are a bit OP on the resources. I tried to balance this one pretty hard

I was using Medieval Overhaul along with Rimedieval - Medieval Conversion and VFE Medieval, but I sometimes add other mods like [JDS] The Forge - Barrows Brothers or the Anceint Rim mods for more armour options. I do like the idea of being able to grow plasteel and steel when I'm playing a resource-poor run to make hyperweave and synthread for the clothes, and the grow-then-smelt option feels better than some other resource mods to me. Anyone who knows coding know how I could change this so I can smelt the resources in a *non* electric smelter? I'd love to use this in pre-industrial/Medieval runs when electricity isn't available but I've smelters a-plenty.

now that really weird. All the update did was add the missing seeds from gemstones plants.

And the coding in this mod does not change anything with the grow zone UI

Thats weird. I was able to make your error happen in my game. I wrote a patch that corrected those errors. So i'm not sure.

Can you post a newer error log so i can see what your errors are now?

Thank you for response :) Still not working (the same issues), but disabling Jewelry resolve the bug. I'm going also to send message to author of Jewelry mod.
