I'm not sure how that mod works on the back-end to make cloths recycle. But my mods make all cloths smelt-able to allow simple recycling found in my Fabrics mod.

For stockpiles, it seems to have something to do with whether or not the smeltable/not smeltable option is selected. The recycling mod I use is "Simple Apparel Recycling" and it doesn't recycle apparel made from dyed cloth.

I don't know what it is but for whatever reason, stockpiles and recipes don't recognize apparel made with dyed cloth as the same sort as apparel made with vanilla materials...

I know what does that
In my patch folder there is a small piece of coding that adds a color generator to different types of apparel.
I just don't know how to code mod options at this time. Let alone mod options for patches.

Dyed Fabrics / Extended
-Dye Vat now uses Dye as a fuel.
--Uses around 1 dye for a 1x craft. 3-4 dye for a 10x craft. Depending on skill.
-Cloth Coding updated for base game changes from updates.
-Fabrics coding updated to allow Savage apparel from Garden Fabrics Mod.

I would really like an option to turn off enemies with colored clothing because it pisses me off seeing a group of tribespeople attacking while looking like they just came from an 80's fitness video.

I think it would be cool, I'm actually honestly a little surprised they didn't basically implement some version of your mod into the base game when they added the painting feature in 1.4

Love the mod, but I've been meaning to ask, since they've added Tinctoria plants and Dye, could you maybe make a version of this mod (or just a mod setting) that would require some amount of Dye to be used to dye the various cloths?

1.4 unstable is here! I'll be working on my mods over the week. I am back :P

I have found no bugs in the day of testing I have done.

Errors may happen as other mods are updated. And features for new version ie.. new coding may not be there as the coding changes can be missed.

Please let me know if you find core coding that needs updating in my mod and I'll put it in!

I added this mod as I did with all other VGP mods, but I see that this is not compatible with Combat Extended, right? Regarding the colored apparel, all material provide the same protection when CE is activated.

Hi, liking the mod but requesting a small change/fix please. Can you make it so the colored flak armor appears in the armor apparel category? It's currently just set to "Apparel" instead of "ApparelArmor".

Is there no material requirement to dye / color stuff?

If not, have you considered changing the 1.3 version so that it supports the use of the new Tinctoria plant? I think I might prefer using this Dye Barrel to dye stuff. Though, vanilla does now have Tinctoria and the Styling Station...

I'm not sure as of right now how I wanna add the DLC into this mod. For now it just works as it did in 1.2 allowing changing in appeal, carpet, and furnishing coloring....

Though still useful for creating fabrics for furniture, some of the functionality of this mod appears to have been replaced with the Ideology expansion (in-game method of dying clothing without the mod)

Note use at your own risk, As unstable receives updates I will follow with updates as I can. All my mods will be pushed up over the next week and monitored till full release. I try and find all the coding and feature updates in the coding be will miss some. As just last weekend I found a coding change from 1.2... lol Please leave feed back if you find something not working in 1.3 correctly

I'm running the mod on 1.2 and I'm having a problem where every cloth clothing item, no matter what color the name says it is, appears red. Cloth hats like toques still appear as the named color though. I have some things installed that add new clothing items like vanilla factions viking and medieval, but I don't have any other mods that should be messing with clothing color.

Thanks for the new bulk bleaching recipe! Really helpful on harsh biomes where salvaging tainted raider gear is your only source of cloth at first.

You had some things wrong in the coding but was an easy fix.

I've added the recipes but if I decide to do expanded dye as well, i'll probably make a larger Dye table like a Vat to hold the new recipes.
