It's a pure gameplay balance thing. You wouldn't care in real life. Even the clothes and phones we have right now are made by children in sweatshops and no one cares lol.

I don't know how this could break feelings from food unless another mod modifies this method...
I might change the mod to simply make wornByCorpseInt = false; instead of calling the method, this might increase compatibility then...
So I tested this now on all possible scenarios and it should be 100% OK for 1.2 and 1.3 and for people with and without the Mod Manager.
Harmony is required though :)
