This is unlikely to be used since TF2 is an international game and only America and Britain (and other places is Europe) actually celebrate it. And I do know one thing: Russia does not celebrate christmas.

While TF2 did a christmas event once, it's unlikely to ever happen again.

Distracting, that's what it is. Cut out the bubble and maybe valve wil use the presents part as an unusual effect.
