Joseph in short, probably not.
So this mod only changes the pump and chrome shotguns, and if insane upgrades only effects SPAS and AUTOshotguns, then they'd be perfectly compatible.

if insane upgrades changes all 4 shotguns, it depends on which mod loads first. if IU loads first then PAtBA loads, then PAtBA wont work. if PAtBA loads, then it will work and IU will only change SPAS and AUTO.

if IU only changes pump and chrome, then no, these mods do not work together whatsoever.

i have a question. i have the "insane upgrades" in the two shotguns, are they compatible or not??
