1. "mp_limitteams 0", "mp_autoteambalance 0" then "bot_add_t" or "bot_add_ct" depending on which side you need to add bots.
2. Now its not possible. I don't have enough free time to make changes.

what mode do you even run this on? i tried casual, custom and when u kill all ct nothing happens u gotta wait for timer or bomb explosion.
